Anavya · Architecture + Interiors + Build
Architecture, interiors and turnkey execution from one studio — drawings, detailing and site delivered under a single accountability, so the building matches the drawing.
Anavya draws the project, details it, and then our own team executes it — so the intent behind a decision survives all the way to site, and there is no second party to point at when it does not.
Each of these was designed and executed by the same team, under one agreement.
Interiors · Corporate
A branded insurance office built around the arrival sequence — reception, meeting rooms, a training room and open workstations delivered as one interior package.
Interiors · Retail
A retail fit-out built around a fixed customer route — lit display walls, a central styling table and a defined start point, detailed to roll out consistently store to store.
Interiors · Corporate
A retail banking branch fitted out to the bank's identity — teller counters, a meeting room, manager desks and back-office workstations, delivered as one package to a branch-opening date.
Engage us for a single stage or for the whole project. The further we carry it, the less is lost in translation.
The same team carries the project through all five. Nothing is handed to a stranger halfway.
01
We establish what the project has to do, what the site allows and what the budget will actually carry — before anyone draws anything.
02
Concept, planning and the drawing set. Decisions are tested against buildability as they are made, not after.
03
Materials, joinery and services resolved to the millimetre, with a specification precise enough to price and to build from.
04
Our own team runs the build. Sequencing, vendors, quality and programme are ours to hold, and we report against them.
05
Commissioning, snagging and closeout — the project ends when the space works, not when the invoice clears.
Enter an approximate area and a level of finish, and the estimator returns an indicative range for design, for build, or for both.
It is a planning range, not a quotation — a real figure needs a drawing, a site and a specification. It tells you what it includes and what it leaves out.
A drawing is a promise. Building it yourself is the only way to keep one.
Design-build is not a commercial convenience for us. It is the only arrangement in which the person who decided a detail is still present when that detail is installed — and still answerable for it.
What we learn drawing, specifying and building — written down while it is still fresh.
Send the brief, the drawings, or a rough idea and a postcode. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right studio for it.
