  • PMC

    Project Manager

    Type

    Where

    3–5 years

    Own delivery on live fit-outs — programme, cost, vendors and quality — and report against them honestly, week by week.

    Responsibilities and requirements

    What you will do

    • Hold the programme and the budget, and flag slippage early
    • Coordinate vendors and trades so clashes are resolved off site
    • Run quality checks against the drawing set and specification
    • Report progress to the client in terms they can act on
    • Drive snagging and closeout to completion

    What we are looking for

    • 3–5 years running interior or fit-out projects
    • B.E. / B.Tech Civil, architecture, or equivalent site experience
    • Comfortable reading a full drawing set and spotting what is missing
    • Able to hold a vendor to a date without losing the relationship

    Interior Designer

    Early-career role on corporate and residential work. You will detail real projects and see them built, which is the fastest way to learn what a drawing has to survive.

    Responsibilities and requirements

    What you will do

    • Produce layouts, joinery details and finish schedules
    • Prepare drawing sets under the direction of the design lead
    • Help select and specify materials, and review samples
    • Visit site to see how what you drew is actually built

    What we are looking for

    • Degree or diploma in interior design or architecture
    • AutoCAD and SketchUp; rendering ability an advantage
    • A portfolio that shows how you think, not only what you render
    • Willing to learn detailing to a buildable standard

    Site Supervisor

    Run the day on site: sequencing, labour, materials and quality, against the drawings and the programme. Based wherever the project is.

    Responsibilities and requirements

    What you will do

    • Supervise daily execution against drawings and specification
    • Sequence trades and keep materials ahead of the work
    • Check quality as it is built, not after it is finished
    • Record progress and raise site queries before they become variations

    What we are looking for

    • Diploma in civil, or equivalent hands-on site experience
    • Fit-out or interiors execution experience
    • Able to read a working drawing and set out from it
    • Willing to be posted to sites anywhere in India

    A working internship in a studio that also builds. You will draw real details, sit in real reviews and go to site — not fetch coffee and render.

    Responsibilities and requirements

    What you will do

    • Support the design team on live drawing sets
    • Build up material and product knowledge from real specification work
    • Document site visits and help close out queries

    What we are looking for

    • Studying, or recently finished, architecture or interior design
    • AutoCAD and SketchUp basics
    • Curiosity about how things are actually built
